    The backstrap is arguably the best cut on an Impala. It’s an incredibly soft and tender piece of meat, rich in flavour and low in fat. It’s best seared over the coals, and served on the rarer side, otherwise like most venison it can become tough and dry. It’s perfect for a large gathering, and will wow your guests with it’s unique and full flavour.

    On average, our backstraps weigh around 1 kilogram, and are vacuum packed to seal in the freshness. This is 100% organic meat, delicious made on a braai or pan-fried with butter.


    All produce can be collected for free on the farm.
